I am a 30-year veteran of marketing, strategy, and digital media leadership. I currently support marketing strategy and leadership projects at start-up companies as the Founder of my consultancy Figurr. Throughout my career I have been a thought leader on the convergence of marketing, technology and internet strategy.

Most recently, I served as the first CMO of startups Zeguro, Lily AI, Ad-Lib.io and PebblePost during their early stages. Prior to going out on my own, I was CMO of Simulmedia where I repositioned the company for TV's digital and data era. As CMO of Burst Media, I led the transformation of their pricing and packaging to distinguish and grow two distinct business units, leading to a successful sale of the company. As head of content development and audience management at Gather.com, a social media start up in the "Friendster/MySpace" era, I helped grow the audience from zero to 500,000 members in its first year. As an advisor and analyst, I led the CMO research practice at Forrester Research, and previously the company’s Telecom and Retail industry practices.

Prior to my time in the digital world, I led market analysis for the international division of Northwest Airlines, and was a consultant at Booz & Company. I received a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Consumer Economics. I recently moved to Seattle, WA to escape New England winters. You can typically find me cycling when I am not in front of the computer.
